AgriVision

AgriVision was formed in 2015 with the aim of providing better education and employment opportunity to all the students of Agricultural science including Veterinary, Dairy, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Fisheries, Forestry, and other allied sciences which ultimately leads to high living standards of farming community and whosoever associated with Agriculture directly or indirectly. AgriVision also organized regional and national conferences since its inception on various themes which is very reliable and realistic to the country needs. AgriVision had submitted various demands to various policies making agencies like ICAR, MOA& FW like Agriculture as a professional degree course which was happily accepted by the council, proposed various policies changes in Agriculture education and research to strengthen the agriculture education in a sustainable way. AgriVision had submitted a ten-point agenda cum demands to hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Farmers welfare which includes formation of Indian Agricultural Farmer Services, compulsory agriculture courses in primary and secondary education, filling of all the vacancies in agriculture universities as well as same fee structure in all the agricultural universities etc. The ultimate aim of AgriVision as a social forum to create a happy, healthy and profitable environment friendly atmosphere for agri-graduates as well as to revert back the respectable status of farmers of our motherland.

Objectives:

  • To establish the Indo-centric approaches in agriculture education and research by driving the focus towards traditional diversified approaches of Indian farming.
  • Motivating farmer’s and engaging inspired farming graduates to disseminate technically.
  • Viable and economically feasible inventions and to support the welfare policies of farmers by holding seminars/symposia/exhibitions throughout the country.
